My research has focused on the structural and functional characterization of proteins of pharmacological relevance, using the main biotechnological methods and structural biology techniques.
I am currently investigating the conformational changes and dynamics of enzymes belonging to the multicopper oxidase family using Site-Directed Spin Labelling (SDSL) and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy.
